While assays can provide valuable insights at the cellular level, they may not fully capture the systemic interactions occurring in living organisms. Additionally, handling and interpreting large datasets require sophisticated bioinformatics tools and expertise in data science. Another challenge lies in the validation and standardization of assays to ensure consistent and reliable results across different laboratories.
