Evaluation: They must cooperate with ECHA and other regulatory bodies during the evaluation process. 3. Authorization: They must apply for authorization for the use of SVHCs. 4. Restriction Compliance: They must comply with any restrictions on substances they use or market. 5. Communication: They must communicate information on the safe use of substances to downstream users, including safety data sheets (SDS).
