One of OSHA’s key regulations related to toxicology is the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), also known as the "Right-to-Know" law. The HCS requires employers to provide workers with information about the hazardous chemicals to which they are exposed. This includes maintaining and providing access to Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), proper labeling of chemicals, and training workers on the hazards and safe handling of these chemicals.
