Despite its potential, exposomics faces several challenges. One major issue is the vast number of potential exposures and their complex interactions. Measuring all exposures accurately over a lifetime is technically challenging. Additionally, there is a need for standardized methods and databases to facilitate data sharing and comparison across studies.
